A few simple rules keep things fair and running smoothly for everyone. By booking an appointment, you agree to these policies.
A 30% deposit is required to book every service. Your deposit is applied to your total, and the remaining balance is due at your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable for no-call/no-shows or cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment.
Need to change your time? Please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours ahead.
All new clients must bring a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license or state ID) to their first appointment.
By booking, you agree that MissJay may take a photo of your ID before your service, and that a copy may be kept on file for liability purposes. Your ID is kept private and is never shared.
New clients must book a Color Consultation before any color service. We'll talk about your goals, check your hair's health, and plan the best service for you.
All prices are starting prices. Your final price depends on hair length, thickness, and style, and any add-ons are paid at your appointment.
